Terms of Use

Last updated: October 22, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Stefan Cleland ("FarmersHaul", "we", "us") for using the FarmersHaul app and farmershaul.com. By using FarmersHaul, you agree to them. Questions? Email FarmersHaulApp@gmail.com.

What FarmersHaul is

FarmersHaul is a directory that helps you find local farms, farm stands, CSAs and farmers markets. We don't sell food, and we aren't the seller of anything you buy from a farm or market.

Your account

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to buy a membership. Keep your login private; you're responsible for what happens on your account. You can delete your account at any time (see our Privacy Policy).

Membership and payment

Farm information

We check every farm before we list it, using the farm's own website and public directories. But farms change their hours, prices and what they sell, and some close. Please call before you go. We can't promise that every detail is complete or up to date, and we aren't responsible for a farm's products, food safety, prices or service. If something's wrong, tap "Report a problem" on the farm's page and we'll fix it.

Farm photos and listings

Farm photos come from each farm's own website and are credited to it. If you own or run a farm and want your photo or listing changed or removed, email us and we'll do it within 3 business days.

Using FarmersHaul fairly

Please don't copy or scrape the directory, resell it, break the app or website, pretend to be someone else, or use FarmersHaul to harass anyone. We may suspend accounts that do. The app, website, design and directory belong to FarmersHaul; we give you a personal, non-transferable right to use them while you're a member.

Apple and Google

These terms are between you and FarmersHaul, not Apple or Google. Apple and Google aren't responsible for the app or its content, and have no duty to provide support for it. If the app fails to meet any warranty that applies, you may tell Apple and Apple may refund the price you paid; beyond that, Apple has no other warranty duty. Apple isn't responsible for claims about the app, such as product liability, legal compliance, or consumer protection claims, or for claims that the app infringes someone's rights. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. If you use FarmersHaul on an iPhone, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies. On Android, Google Play's terms also apply. You confirm you're not in a country under a U.S. government embargo and not on a U.S. government list of prohibited parties.

Limits

FarmersHaul is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or unexpected losses from using it, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law where you live, including the Australian Consumer Law, the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act, and UK and EU consumer law.

Ending

You can stop using FarmersHaul and delete your account any time. We may stop offering the app, or suspend accounts that break these terms; if we shut down, we'll tell you ahead of time.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. If you live in the UK, EU, Australia or New Zealand, you also keep the protection of your local law and can bring a claim in your local courts.

Changes

If we change these terms, we'll update the date above. For big changes, we'll tell you in the app or by email before they take effect.
